Your unique piece of artwork will be packaged and shipped within 3 days of being ordered.

Shipping times will vary and depend upon destination. I will endeavour to have your piece of artwork to you as soon as I can.

Each piece is boxed and bubble wrapped to ensure as much protection as possible. Size and type of box will be determined by the piece of artwork.

Please choose carefully as these items can be easily damaged. Exchanges will not be given.

If you're product is damaged upon arrival, I would request a photo of said product, box and courier packaging. If it is beyond repair, we would discuss a replacement or refund.

Your new piece is fragile, please keep it away from direct sunlight, draught, damp or humid spaces to ensure longevity.

It is natural for some of the preserved flowers to lose a little colour or come away over time.

I use a make up brush to gently dust the pieces.
